They advertise being speedy and friendly, and boy they are. I had broken my key off in my apartment door handle, after a long night of going out clubbing. I accidently tripped and it broke right off in the door. I had to sneak in through the window. The next day I called these guys, they helped me get a new key made, and removed the old key with no damage, you couldn't even grab it with plyers. These guys are GOOD! FAST! And Reliable!!! -

They came out right away after our Nissan Altima car key was stolen. Mike came out and they were so friendly.
