  I've been a student of Andrea's at NYC Espanol for ~6 months now, and I couldn't be happier. Andrea is a phenomenal and flexible Spanish instructor. She truly tailors the class to your individual ability. Ultimately my Spanish proficiency has increased tremendously since I've been a student of hers. I'm much comfortable with speaking and tackling tenses I never learned in over 4+ years of studying in highschool and speaking in college.

  Andrea has been my Spanish tutor for a while now, and I'm very pleased to have found her! After feeling frustrated about how little I was learning through my university's Spanish courses, I decided to find an outside tutor who could not only teach me the fundamentals, but a bunch of other things outside of my school curriculum as well.
  
  ... I would recommend NYC Spanish, ¡sin duda!

  Andrea is a great teacher of Spanish and I am so lucky to have found her (on Yelp!) I came to her as a total beginner only two months ago and she has really helped me make great progress with her native language in two meetings per week. I already feel that I can communicate much better with my husband's family and friends when they come here or when we are on trips abroad. Not to mention that my husband himself is very impressed with all my progress after each lesson with Andrea.
  
  ... I signed up for 20 lessons and plan to stick with her until I am fluent ....and beyond!

  She tailors the lesson to what I need to learn and my varying levels of familiarity with topics. She's a real professional and her classes are a great learning experience, but they're also so much fun! We started speaking in Spanish right from the first lesson - she made it seem easy and natural. She uses a variety of materials and approaches and it never gets boring. Some people are just natural born teachers, and Andrea is definitely one of them! Can't recommend her highly enough!

  If you want to become fluent in Spanish, look no further. Profesora Andrea has a natural gift for teaching you how to think in Spanish, which rapidly develops your ability and desire to speak. She is well-versed in grammatical knowledge in both English and Spanish. ... I am highly confident that you will acquire the skills necessary to conversing in Spanish in a short time as I have in just 8 months of taking classes with her.
