NYC Document Services

Notary

For some people working with documents is just a boring way of making money. For me, paperwork is a method of self-expression and self-development. For example, do you think that translating a document is just that - replacing the words with their equivalent in another language? Not really.

Something as seemingly simple as a standard Birth Certificate can be an adventure in learning, especially when a person was born in a small, not well-known locality. In order to properly translate geographical locations and the names of various government offices where the documents were issued, it takes to research, and I often get carried away discovering many interesting and cool things about some small far away places. And what do I mean by self-expression? Working on documents is a perfect outlet for my inner perfectionist.

I must make sure that my work is flawless before I hand it over to you. That includes orthography, the use of proper and applicable terminology (very important for translation of Diplomas, for example), beautiful formatting, and presentation, - I use good quality paper and other supplies without charging my customers extra. I love what I do, and I'm happy to pass the love around! Read more

Someone in the office recommended this wonderful translator and notary for a personal matter. Quick turnaround time, made all deadlines, translation of our complex legal document was superb and the price was competitive. She even caught an error and made a few suggestions for the document. Olga's demeanor is polite and intelligent. Would definitely hire again for translation or notary service; she makes all accommodations and provides truly a quality service.

If I ever need any translations or notarizations done, I immediately contact Olga. Her work always meets the specific requirements of certain organizations and never did I have a problem with any of my orders. I would recommend Olga to anyone in need of professional translations, notarizations, etc.

Had an emergency and needed a notarized letter in Russian to send to my mother in regards to a real estate purchase. Called her, and the same day she send me a draft of the letter I needed. Was very professional and we arranged to meet the next day (she traveled to me in Manhattan) to finalize the document. Fee was very fair for the service. Great experience.
