I needed an acupuncturist near my office in Dupont Circle. Kate at Nurturing Spirit Acupuncture was recommended to me by a friend. She is experienced, kind, considerate and works closely with you to understand what your issues are before customizing your plan of attack.

I find Kate to be a gifted healer, and a deep listener. I have been seeing her for a while now, and she has treated me for migraines and depression/anxiety, among other things. She has helped me beyond what doctors have been able to do. My conditions have lessened significantly, allowing me to have a different, better life. I am grateful to Kate beyond what words can say. Kate is amazing! I have been going to her for over four years now for acupuncture (both at the Teal Center and at the Viva Center). She is a smart and knowledgeable health practitioner who is able to offer recommendations and pursue treatment based on my varying symptoms from chronic lyme disease.
