  I bought my Pronovias dress here for my wedding and absolutely loved it! I received so many compliments, and the dress fit perfectly thanks to the amazing alterations by Carol. My salesperson was Sabrina and she was awesome. She was so fun and energetic, it made the shopping process so much more enjoyable. This was my first stop for bridal shopping and I visited several bridal shops in SF and the East Bay, but eventually came back to Novella as they had the best selection and staff, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

  Although I didn't end up purchasing my dress here, my experience here was just as I remembered it when I was there for the first time for my friend. The interior has been updated a little so it's cleaner and more spacious. The gowns are still affordable because I don't there is a gown that's over $4000. They have really lovely gowns for those who are on a budget.

  The team at Novella is wonderful! They helped me pick out a dress pretty last minute and Carol and her team in alterations managed to make it a wonderful fit within two weeks of my wedding day. Would highly recommend buying your dress here and having Carol take care of it for you!!

  The customer service at Novella (worked with Amber) was great. This was my first store looking for wedding dresses so I wasn't really sure what I wanted. Amber helped me figure out some styles that were more flattering and were my style. They had a pretty large selection of dresses so it was great to try on different styles. I had a great experience here, and they are open on Mondays, unlike many other bridal stores in the area. Would recommend them.
