I arrived in Seattle from Phoenix for the anticipated arrival of my granddaughter. I hadn't been here for 24 hours before one of my wires popped out from my braces. I located Dr. Lyons after an internet search and what a blessing that was. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and she and her staff were amazing! She refused to take any kind of payment saying that she hoped that if one of her patients were in a similar situation someone would do the same for them. I told her that if my granddaughter ever needs braces we would come to her. 😌💕

My experience so far has consisted of a consultation regarding Inivisaline, the appointment to take the pictures needed to order the Invisaline, and the appointment at which I received the necessary fixtures on my teeth and my first few sets of plates (if that is the right word). I've been beyond pleased by my experiences so far. Appointments are punctual, everyone in the staff is nice and friendly, and everything is explained well. I look forward to continue working with them - as an adult getting braces, I appreciate having such an easy experience so far!

Always 5 star treatment. We had a miscue with our appointment and Dr. Lyons and Tiffany were able to accommodate us prior to opening. Everyone is super friendly and personable and you know that your teeth are in good hands!
