  Chef Mo is still great! We recently did two days worth of meals for in-house corporate meetings and received rave reviews on everything. Specifically the panko crusted salmon, beef tenderloin, lemon zest chicken, and cannoli's. Chef Mo replies quickly, delivers on time and has very affordable pricing for the incredible quality she provides. I gave her a small tweak to the menu and she had no problem making it happen with very little notice.

  I was fortunate enough to have a sister that had Nonna Knows Catering prepare the food for my 46th birthday. Chef Maurizia Floyd did a wonderful job at preparing several trays of food. What I thought would be your typical finger food turned out to be skewers of chicken, beef and sweet peppers. All very tender with layers of flavor. She made a beautiful board full of meats and cheeses. There was hummus that I can't say enough about, you just have to try it. We had fresh fruits and deserts to die for! I can honestly say that Chef Maurizia's presentation was just as well thought out as her food. She understands that you eat with your eyes first! Anyone would be overjoyed to have Nonna Knows Catering prepare the food for their event. She goes above and beyond expectations!

  I recently used Nonna Knows Catering for my wedding and...
  I AM OBSESSED!!!
  First off, I was a bride on a budget, and a bride on a budget has few friends in the DFW area. I contacted a handful of caterers for my wedding with a guest count of 85-100 guests. I was becoming very discouraged by the amount of money people wanted BEFORE the added costs of servers and rentals. When i contacted Nonna Knows Catering i gave her my total budget for food, servers, and rentals. Rather than make me feel crazy or acting pretentiously as if my budget was humorous as many had done, Chef Maurizia said "Yes!" and made me feel as if me and my wedding were just as important as a bride with a platinum budget! ...

  Corporate lunch/event, summer dinner party, wedding, or in need of a private chef? Nonna Knows does it all and will leave you wanting more. Not only is the food off the charts delicious, but this chef is classically trained and has worked with cuisines from all over the world. Say what?! I don't know about you, but there's nothing that gets me more excited than variety, beauty, deliciousness (ya, I made that word up - so what), and not to mention pure raw talent, and that is exactly what Chef Maurizia Floyd aka "Chef Mo" brings to the table (pun intended). ...

  Planning a birthday dinner or small gathering and don't want to deal with the fuss of cooking? Nonna Knows Catering should be on your speed dial! Chef Maurizia Floyd is an expert when it comes to a variety of cuisines. I first experienced her delectable eats while at a Yelp Event. The stuffed peppers are by far the best I have ever tasted. Perfectly seasoned meat stuffed in a fresh pepper, you can never go wrong! I checked out the website to see what other items were on the catering menu..wow was I surprised at the range of (affordable) food options! This Chef can really cook it all! I will definitely be using Nonna Knows Catering for my next dinner party.
