  Awesome shop. Does group rides on the weekend. Prices are consistently as low as anything you'll find online. Owner is a former mechanic for the Olympic team. As a telling sign, all of his bikes are worth more than his car.

  Strangers in town flat tire!..walked 3 miles to a closed down bike shop...called Kim..she picked me,friend and bikes up . Tracy got us road ready!....truly lovely caring bikers themselves. It turned a negative to a positive experience!!!

  In my personal opinion Niantic Bay Bicycles is the best bike shop I have been to. The service is outstanding and the employees are very nice, whenever I need anything bike related they know just what to do.

  Just had the most wonderful experience with Niantic Bay Bicycles! There was a specific bike I wanted, so I called around. Other places put me off, didn't call back, said they couldn't get it. Etc. I went to Niantic Bay Bicycles, and they couldn't have been nicer. ...

  Best bike shop in New England. Steve and Kim are family and really take care of their customers. I've bought all my bikes from them over the years. Top of line racing triathlon bikes, road bikes, and all my kids bikes ( 10 plus bikes and growing). We are a biking family and NBB is our extended family. What a wonderful asset to our neighborhood. Thank you!
