  About a month ago an outlet in my apartment started smoking and my super replaced it but I was still seeing sparks and smelling ozone when I plugged things in. I called New York City Electricians and they sent Olin over the next morning to look at it. Olin was great--prompt, professional, friendly, and he quickly diagnosed what was wrong: the outlet had been wired incorrectly. He fixed it on the spot and was in and out in less than an hour. I'm so relieved to finally have this taken care of and only wish I had called them sooner. I would definitely use them again.

  We're a small business and needed help with our phone system wiring. Turns out it was a bit more complicated than we thought, but Ralph was incredibly efficient, friendly, and even offered to help move some heavy items down the steps for us! A great electrician and absolutely remarkable service. Thank you, Ralph!

  I placed a call to George when I blew out a fuse in my apartment and sparks starting flying. George patiently walked me through what to do step-by-step even though it was late at night for free. Whenever I need the services of an electrician, I will definitely be calling this company!

  I called NYC Electricians after the lights went out in my living room and kitchen. Anthony was very easy to talk to and Ralph fixed the entire problem in minutes. The whole experience was very positive, showing the truth of the motto "it is better to buy a candle than curse the darkness."

  Excellent. I got Ralph and he was informative, polite, and thoughtful. He was willing to work with me through the whole problem. His service was everything you want in a transaction and was worth every penny and more.
