  If you’re looking for a unique approach to learning bass or guitar, then New Verse is where it’s at. Cameron is an excellent teacher through and through; professional, knowledgeable, articulate and always centered on the student having fun throughout their musical journey ... Aside from learning about music itself, he will also guide you on practicing methods so you can improve your performance on your own time. Although I began my initial bass lessons with a choppy background in reading music and comprehending theory - not to mention rusty on playing techniques - it’s thanks to Cameron’s distinctive teaching style that my world has been opened to music in a whole new way.

  I've studied with Cameron for several months on both bass and guitar. He is very organized, professional and easy to learn from. All materials were printed or hand written as needed and lessons were always fun. I'm in two bands and he offered advice and tips on band, wether it was for learning a new tune or dealing with other players. Very well versed player and made learning new songs fun and easy. Plus he's located in a building with many other musicians, which is very inspiring. Highly recommended!

  Excellent instructor with a deep knowledge of music and a very positive teaching method. I had to suspend my lessons due to scheduling conflicts on my end, but once I'm able to resume I'll come straight back to Cameron and New Verse.
