I don't know a ton about cars, I read my manual and get confused. I literally dread my oil change light coming in because it can be so costly needing a full synthetic oil change. Peter (sorry if this is wrong) went above and beyond to call around and get me a filter that would lower the cost of my oil change. I don't think I've ever received better service in my life, in any industry. That effort to make my life a little easier meant so much to me. As long as I'm in the inner loop, this will be my go to place from that interaction alone. I know I'll be taken care of and so will you.

I have had nothing but good experiences with My Mechanic. They were up front on exactly what was wrong with my car, and being an engineer, I absorbed what they were saying as truth. The person who had problems with the jeep, all I can say is my sister has a jeep and it has been a pain since the day she bought it (no take that back...the tried to do a bait and switch on her) and since then, her jeep has been a hanger queen costing her more money than she really afford on her salary. I tried to tell her..."YOU ARE GETTING OLD AND NEED A TOYOTA", not some beach bunny, buzz the shoreline vehicle like I had when I was 29. My mechanic rates #1 with me. Their mechanics keep their head in their work. Reminded me of Air Mobility Command.

Very honest, polite team that runs their shop with integrity! I just moved in from out of state and only know enough about cars to know it's time to get help when warning lights start flashing, so I was nervous about overpaying for unnecessary service. These guys blew me away with their professionalism, their genuine desire to help me, their fast service and their very fair price. I'll be back next time my car needs some TLC!

Set a morning appointment for state inspection, done in 15 mins for very reasonable price- service was quick and staff answered my questions. They seem honest and not pushy about other services. Recommend this place!
