  I'm one of those people who buys a laptop and expects it to last forever, and thanks to Rob, I have been able to make it last much longer than it should have. I have been to Rob twice now for upkeep of my crazy laptop machine. I am never disappointed with his service, and he's not far from my neighborhood. My seven year old laptop is running like new, at an affordable price.

  OMG!, I'm speechless! Rob was so generous and kind, I owe him! I'm just flabbergasted. Don't worry if he doesn't get back to you right away like I did. Stupid me started worrying about a stranger having my computer, but geez I'm just speechless. What a guy. Thank you Rob. I owe you so much! You have a new fan girl.

  This guy was amazing. I was devastated. Thought I lost everything. Well I had until he revived my hard drive. No guarantees that he was going to be able to, no one was, but he did it. And reasonably priced!

  My year-old laptop's fan went out and I was turned away from two different places before I found Rob. Not only did Rob find the part, but at a great price. The total cost was very fair and he obviously knew what he was doing. I'm never taking my computer to a chain again.

  Rob has excellent customer service, he works from his home I believe as this is a residential area. He have fixed two of our laptops and he includes tune ups and virus checks for free. His prices are so reasonable. Rob keeps in constant contact with you about your computer when you drop it off to him and he is flexible. Also he provides estimates no problem, so you have the choice to decline or accept. He maintained all the files on our computer, he even fixed a minor issues another high priced guy I went to neglected to do with no problem and no additional cost, he really cares for his customers! Rob also had refurbished computers and if the cost of repairing your computer is more that what it's worth you can look into that. Rob is honest, professional, and nice me and my husband recommend him to all of our friends. He is quite affordable as well!
