Muscle Modalities

Massage Therapist

I have been practicing massage therapy for over 11 years. My background as a former competitive track and pole vault athlete introduced me to the benefits of muscular and soft tissue manipulation on a personal level. As a student at one of the top-ranked massage schools in the nation (The National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA), I completed 720 hours of training in both Eastern and Western modalities while graduating with honors. Since then, I have worked at a long-standing chiropractic office, several massage clinics, and a 5-star hotel spa. I've also worked with sports teams - college and professional - and I continue to focus my private practice on individuals from all walks of life. Read more

I'm still going to Theo for regular massage (even 2 years after my initial yelp review) and I couldn't be happier! It's great to find a therapist you can trust that you want to see for years - that's a first for me. A++

I have literally had hundreds of massages over the years (so I know a good massage when I get one). Theo is FANTASTIC! I found it easy to book appointments with him at times that worked for me. Whether I see him for Relaxation or Deep-Tissue, he is AMAZING. Although I live in California now, I make sure to see Theo on every visit back to Dallas!

Sarah is absolutely wonderful. I wish Yelp would let me give her ten stars. I went to see her because of pain from a hamstring injury, and she was a wealth of knowledge. She really knows her stuff, and made me feel a million times better. I walked in with pain, and walked out nearly pain free. She's great at massages, and really knows the body. I would recommend her to anyone - especially to someone looking for a sports massage therapist.
