These guys rock. I thought I need a cleaning because of intermittent poor drafting. I called and talked to somebody for fifteen minutes and learned a whole lot about stoves, when they do or don't draw well in Oregon weather, how to find out the make and the manual, when to schedule safety or cleaning work. Looks like I can wait until next Spring, but then I will definitely call them to do the regular cleaning. No hard sell at all and very informative.
