  I cannot say enough about my brief but above and beyond service given by Chris at Moore Floors, Inc. ... I contacted four different building contractors by phone who had remodeling booths at the show. Not a single one bothered to call me back. If you ask me, they wasted their money being in the Home Show if they were not going to return calls to possible remodel clients! Chris's response to my random email blew me away. I would STRONGLY recommend that you consider Chris and Moore's floors to take care of your hardwood floor renovations!!!! Thank you Chris! Sincerely, Kim Rector

  We hired Moore Floors in Feb 2016 to remove the carpet from the first floor of our home, install new hardwood flooring where the carpet was, and to refinish the hardwood flooring that was already there. ... The best part is, 3 days after it was finished as we were moving our furniture back into the house we slipped and scratched the floor, we were mortified, we called Chris and he came as soon as he could (within a few days) and repaired the scratch for free!!!! We could not be happier with the service and product we got from Moore Floors and we highly recommend them and plan to use them again anytime we need them in the future.

  They were professional, fast and courteous. Chris was a good communicator, and his crew did an AMAZING job. We would unhesitatingly recommend Moore Floors, Inc. to anyone looking to refinish or install a brand new hardwood floor.
  
  Here's my hubby on the new hardwood floor Moore Floors, Inc. finished installing for us this past week. We wanted a cherry wood effect, so we used a red oak with the Minwax Duraseal color Gunstock 150. Gorgeous!

  It's true, that Moore Floors is as good as it gets. Recently flooded the kitchen hardwood floor and sent emails to many vendors to get an estimate. Chris responded quickly. I told him that I had pictures of the damage and he requested them to determine the amount of the damage. I shared with him what had taken place, pictures and a brief timeline of when it happened and how long the water was sitting on the floor. Instead of just quoting a price to repair it, he suggested that I wait awhile until the floor became completely dry and said that some of the cupped boards would eventually flatten out. He didn't pressure me into doing something immediately. He was completely honest and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their hardwood floors installed or refinished.

  The floors are so beautiful, I sit and look at them every morning with my tea (used to read). Chris is super: excellent craftsman, thoroughly nice guy, and accommodating-also great pricing!
