Today, Mike's Bikes is a growing family of local bike shops, all with a singular purpose - to get as many people on bikes as possible. We locally own and operate twelve wildly successful stores in Petaluma, San Rafael, Sausalito, San Francisco, Berkeley, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, Sacramento, Walnut Creek, San Jose, Pleasanton, and Folsom! Our professional staff of over 250 cycling enthusiasts will ensure that your experiences both in the store and on your bike are the best they can be.
Why shop with us? Because we know bikes and we care. We don't sell snowboards, we don't sell kayaks and we don't sell tents. We only sell bikes - you might even say bikes are our life. All service techs at Mikes Bikes are extremely service oriented, but Daniel always goes above and beyond to get me back in the saddle ASAP. When others are burdened with appointments and scheduling, Daniel drops what he is doing and addresses my needs while I wait. Excellent tech and highly recommended

Joe Ge and Mike's Bikes in Los Gatos are the best! This is my favorite Mike's Bikes, but other locations are good too. Joe has helped me buy several mountain bikes, including my new Specialized Enduro. Highly recommend this place!

Visiting from SoCal and dropped by the Sausalito store. Found the two sales reps to be incredibly well-informed and helpful in regard to women's cycling. Great staff, very well trained, super helpful and knowledgable, great gear. It can be so incredibly annoying to walk into a bike store and have everything 'mansplained' to you. Thank you for being so cool!
