  The owner, Ross, is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. Flexible and willing to work with customers to accommodate them. Laid back atmosphere with friendly staff. The shop is very involved in the local cycling community & events. Caters to cyclists of all types; road, trail, MTB, commuters, casual, you name it. Mechanics are skilled. Hands down the best shop in East Louisville.

  New to Louisville - try Middletown Cycle. I have a bike that isn't the top of the line but needed some service...I was new to the area so I checked out the YELP reviews and found this one was rated best. I loaded up my bike and found the service and staff to be just as good as the reviews promised! Super nice people that just wanted to get me back up and running. My bike was fixed while I waited and I was charged a fair price. Great experience!!!

  I recently (Sept 2017) had a pretty nasty crash (for me at least) and I took my bike up to MC for repairs. I was really worried about being "nickled and dimed", but they only found I needed a new shifter and derailer (sp) hanger. I also needed a new helmet and once again I was worried they would try to sell me the most expensive. ...

  MTC is the place to be for all of your cycling needs. These guys and girls are great! Very knowledgeable and top notch customer service. I know nothing about bike repairs and Nira and Todd made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They made my experience with my son's bike repairs as smooth as possible. Thanks guys keep up the great service, hard to find these days!!
