New to Louisville - try Middletown Cycle. I have a bike that isn't the top of the line but needed some service...I was new to the area so I checked out the YELP reviews and found this one was rated best. I loaded up my bike and found the service and staff to be just as good as the reviews promised! Super nice people that just wanted to get me back up and running. My bike was fixed while I waited and I was charged a fair price. Great experience!!!

In response to the recent few 1 star reviews. From a repeat customer and frequent visitor, my experiences juxtapose the 1 star reviews that are bogus, and are slander on a business. I have never experienced anything remotely of aforementioned negative reviews. Not too often do businesses have 60+ 5 star google reviews, so obviously this business has their customer service, ethics, and business model working well. Do yourself a favor and check this shop out, you will not be disappointed and you will also be asking yourself how someone could write a negative review.

Ross and his team are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to answer all your question's. They are a hard-working and great group of guys and gals who truly and sincerely care about your experience. For the numerous of bikes I have purchased here, I only consider Middleton Cycling & Fitness. You are treated like family and the laid back and knowledgeable staff do not put pressure on you, rather want to make sure you are fitted to the right bike and the budget you want. -

First time customer. Came in with a routine repair request on a bike I purchased elsewhere. Ross and his staff treated me like I was their best customer. I was greeted in the parking lot as I was going into the shop with my bike. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. They fixed my bike while I waited and charged me only $10. I couldn't believe how inexpensive my repair turned out to be. I hardly ever review a business, but these good folks have earned my future business. Check 'em out if you're looking for a bike shop that knows what they're doing and treats everyone with kindness and respect. 10/10!

Our family has been doing business with Ross, the owner of Middletown Cycling, since they opened. We've had nothing but honest, caring & knowledgeable service from Ross & his entire team! He listens to our concerns & needs in buying our bicycles & accessories & he then directs us to the right bicycle. If any problems arise, he is right there to take care of it. We have referred our family & friends to Ross & they all have the BEST comments about their experience with Ross & his Team! We completely trust Ross & Team at Middletown Cycling & we will be returning to his shop! In our opinion they are benchmark!

Great, local shop. I took my bike in for a full time-up and was told it would be 2 days. I didn't get a call for a week telling me my bike was ready. No biggie, I wasn't planning on riding during that time anyway. The bike runs great and was met with a smile both times I've been in.
