  House shower and toilets were clogged. Called several plumbers in the area to get a quote and to see how quickly they could come and alleviate the issue.
  
  ... He was able to come immediately and look into the issue and arrived in a timely manner and fixed the situation within 60 minutes. He did not offer additional unwanted services, but gave us a straight answer and other options if we wanted a more permanent, albeit expensive solution.
  
  Since he owns the business and has no other contractors, we knew not only were we supporting a small business, but also that the work would be done directly by him.

  My garbage disposal was leaking and I needed a plumber. Michael Hairston had great reviews. I was not disappointed. He called me back pretty quickly. Because he wasn't sure if something was loose or if the disposal needed replacement until he looked at it, he recommended I purchase one at Home Depot or Lowes. If replacement was not needed I can always return it. My disposal stopped working before the appointment date. He came, checked it and replaced the disposal very quickly. I would definitely call him for other plumbing needs.

  I contacted Michael about a week ago for a plumbing job and he came out to my house as promised. He investigated the issue, and determined it was not a plumbing issue. When I asked him how much I owed him for the visit, he said NOTHING. I was shocked - he didn't charge anything, not even a trip charge. I actually wound up hiring him for another job, which he tended to very efficiently and charged a very reasonable rate. Michael is the most HONEST plumber that I've come across.

  We spent over $10,000 completely remodeling our master bath. We contracted with Plumbing Fixture Installations to move all of our plumbing within the walls and floor and install our new bathroom fixtures. They installed 3 shower heads, 4 body sprays, and the tub and sink fixtures. They did a wonderful job in a short period of time and were very affordable! But more than that, we felt confident that the job was being done right. We love our new bathroom thanks to Plumbing Fixture Installations and we would recommend Michael Hairston to anyone in need of fixuture installation.
