  The Best. Blake and Todd accommodated a difficult schedule for me and my wife on short notice. Despite asking for an inspection late on a Friday only three days in advance, they were willing to help. I couldn't sing the praises of Blake enough. He was so thorough and knowledgeable. Truly took his time to inspect the property - we really felt it was high quality work. He even wrote and submitted the full 60+ page report the same Friday night by 10pm. Very dedicated, very nice, explained everything, very knowledgeable, very professional, totally above and beyond - a great feeling to do business with these guys. 6/5 stars.

  Jennifer Gould provided an extremely thorough inspection. She was very helpful in pointing out areas of concern and making recommendations as she went through the home and the surrounding grounds. She was very knowledgeable about the most up to date codes and requirements. The final report was extremely detailed and the observations will help me as a homeowner to plan/budget for future maintenance.

  Jennifer conducted a superior inspection. She was professional at all times and described the process every step of the way. As a Realtor, I work with several home inspectors. It's a stressful process for buyers. As a home buyer, I am very critical who I wanted to work with. I've worked with Jennifer for my buyers and her home knowledge and ability to convey the process to my clients was impressive. She's the best in the business. Don't hesitate for a moment. Thanks!

  Awesome home inspection services! Blake walked us through everything and was very detailed with the inspection process. He made a very stressful situation better than expected, especially for first time homebuyers like myself. Blake was early for the appointment and did his best to inspect every area possible! Very reasonably priced as well.

  We bought a new house as first-time homebuyers and used Todd Whiting for our inspection in June 2015. He had few Yelp reviews so we contacted other companies first, which had many more reviews, but our time frame was very tight and Todd was the only one who could accommodate our last minute schedule. We are glad we chose him! He was thorough, professional, and fun to work with. Just like many of the other inspectors reviewed here, he arrived to the home early to do an outdoor survey. He walked us through everything in great detail and taught us a lot along the way. By the next morning, we had a detailed 30+ page report with pictures and everything. He was particularly good about explaining to us the limitations and real world considerations of getting a home inspection.
