  I have been taking my pets to MVP for 25+ years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The whole staff is very personable and knowledgeable. We have had several dogs and thru the years have had to put some down. The staff was very compassionate and professional. Dr. Henderson is great and explains "issues" very clearly!

  On Friday (5/12/17) I called them with an emergency. They were very busy, but they still were willing to take my Lucy, as soon as we got there we were taken to a room and the doctor saw us right away. Lucy needed emergency surgery and they put her on the top of the list. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to help Lucy and all they do to help all my pets. I will always recommend them to everyone I know!!

  It started off as a rough day with a normal pet visit, but my shae (golden) had issues even walking in.
  
  The front staff was friendly, even when getting my records. I thought they got them already. They even helped when weighing shae.
  
  The visit ended up taking our golden to gcvs because of complications. The Dr was helpful and friendly. They let my gf leave with shae while I settled the bill.
  
  They even helped with reservations and directions to gcvs.

  ... Overall they've been great. Saw my dog quickly after initially contacting them, dig a clean job with the procedure after evaluating and ensuring it was necessary, and have been great about follow-up care in reviewing the bandaging and healing to see if bandages/sutures were ready to come out yet. I swing by any time on requested days they're not in surgery and they quickly bring her into the back to evaluate and bring back to me.
  
  In short, very satisfied with both the integrity with billing (disclosing each aspect of cost prior to procedure), timeliness of scheduling dog in, friendliness of staff, comfortable waiting area, etc. Just moved to the area and this is my new vet. Highly recommend.

  Memorial Veterinary Pet Care is the most thorough and professional veterinary practice we've found. Our former vet misdiagnosed a tumor on our dog, Fred, as a liposome (and suggested we put some acne medication on it), and we took Fred to Memorial Veterinary Pet Care to get a second opinion. Dr. Kmiecik diagnosed the lump as a tumor and performed surgery within the week. There was no question about our switching our pets' care to Memorial Vet. When we took a newly adopted (and very skittish) pup to get checked out, Dr. Jordan was focused on making her feel comfortable, which involved getting down on the floor, treats in hand, to convince Ginger she wasn't going to hurt her. ...
