The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Mello Velo sells great bikes at an even better price and will also answer any question about bike repairs.

Steve & Sara & the staff are knowledgeable & very helpful. They cater to commuters as they carry guaranteed used bikes as well as new. They have supported our bike program for the homeless, Pedal to Possibilities since it's beginning 6 years ago. They are also the only bike shop in the area really invovled in bike advocacy.

The guys at Mello Velo were/are great. I came in to have my seat looked at and they quickly replaced the part that day. On top of that, I asked them to change my handlebar tape.
Really accommodating and straightforward about pricing. I will happily return here.

Whether you're buying new or used, there is a great selection. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! They offer programming like Thursday night group rides and are excellent advocates for bike safety and culture in Syracuse. Highly recommended.

Mello Velo is a top notch bike shop with excellent customer service. They've been able to squeeze my bikes in for service before races, with short notice.

I broke a frame and Mello Velo came through, hassle free, on the warranty.

I'm picking up a new cross-bike from them today!
