  Is it weird that I recently had my first appointment here and I already feel like everyone at Medusa is a dear friend? I don't think so. The vibe is welcoming and familial. There was even yummy iced herbal tea served with fruit by another one of the stylists, Bob! Truly, I felt like I was at a friend's place. After 2 failed attempts elsewhere to get the same look that my last stylist in San Diego nailed, I finally got back to looking like myself with Ronny! I clicked with him just like my last stylist, I felt like I didn't need to explain myself much at all. You can tell he has a really good read on people's aesthetics. ...

  I'm so happy with my haircuts from Bob! He makes each visit such a treat. He's amazingly talented and relaxing to get a cut from. My kids have gotten cuts from Ronnie & Paulo, and look wonderful. My son is special needs and takes an extraordinary amount of patience to cut- Paulo deserves an award! I have a tough time scheduling our busy lives and the guys are great about squeezing us in at the last minute. Very understanding, it makes a huge difference.

  Janelle does great color and cut. I was referred by a friend. I showed her some pics of what i thought i wanted and she let me know there really wasn't a way to do one option bevause with my dark color i wouldn't bleach down that far without damage. She got me just to where I needed to be for this caramel honey brown I loved. So worth the time I spent in the chair.

  I love this place! I wanted something different out of my comfort zone. So I walked in and met Paulo. I explained I wanted a new look and right away he scheduled me for an appointment. I was impressed on how quickly I was able to get in. Other places I've gone to told me I had to wait 3 to 4 months out!
  
  I told him I wanted a cut and something pink. I told him just do whatever I trust you! Bc honestly I'm new to this stuff and he made me feel so comfortable. The end results were amazing. I felt like he new exactly what I wanted without me really saying much. They really know all about cuts and color at Medusa!

  Ronny gave me an excellent cut and style today. I had grown my hair out for a while so I wanted something different; he did a really nice angular textured bob with bangs. Will post pics when I get them. Sometimes when I go to a new salon I ask for certain things that I usually like in a haircut and the stylist doesn't do them - maybe because they're hard - but Ronnie knew exactly what to do and spent time with me to achieve a great cut. He also gave me a couple style tips that I'll find useful, and a bunch of free samples I'm excited to try!
  
  The salon was clean, vibrant and inviting. Also great prices for such a good business. Will be back!
