We needed to move some large bushes/trees from one side of our yard to another, and these folks did an incredible job! Pete was a great communicator, and his crew showed up right when they said they would. They did an amazing job of trimming back our hedges/bushes/trees, and the transplants were huge and difficult, but they did it well, and with a smile. The best part? They cleaned up all the mess from the branches and dirt, so when they left it was like I had a new yard! I highly recommend them and could not say enough good things about our experience!

Our block contracted with McFarland to plant 8 trees on the block. They gave us a date and time within a few days to come out and give an estimate. The owner showed up exactly on time and was easy to work with. I know nothing about trees and he gave great advice on appearance and suitability for the location. His prices were comparable to other arborists. The trees were planted within a couple of weeks on the day and time that he promised. They are knowledgeable, and dependable. Highly recommended.

I used them a while back to remove a difficult and very large tree in the back yard of a very small classic Philly Center City house. The owner came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate and was great to work with. Gave me ideas on other things I could do as well. Great team came and took down the tree and cleaned up. They also offered a great pay-off plan. I would Highly recommend them to other people looking to remove a tree.
