As usual, Dr. Horne and his staff comprise an amazing and wonderfully compassionate team! Recently, I had a dental emergency and needed to be seen right away...on a Monday morning. Even though I thought there would only be a slim chance of me being seen so quickly, within hours I was in the care of Dr. Horne and his team. These guys are awesome and have truly made dental visits nothing to fear!

From scheduling to check-in through the cleaning/treatment and all the way through check out, the entire experience was great. I attribute this to two things: 1) professional and courteous staff and 2) the effective use of communication, technology and tools to streamline the experience and ensure I was informed and comfortable the entire time. I'm glad I switched to this dentist. He and his tremendous staff are a huge step up from what I had come to expect from a dental office experience. If you've been with your dentist a long time and have this nagging feeling that there is something better out there, you are right! Investigate Dr. Horne's office. You won't be sorry.

The best thing about this dentist office is how they help you with insurance questions and take a proactive approach. Sarah is exceptional. One time, I couldn't find my insurance, and she was able to find it for me quicker than I could even search through old emails to find my coverage, and she also goes out of her way to explain what benefits mean and what will/won't be covered. The office is also a great environment, and every employee is cheerful and seems like they are happy to be there.

We love Matthew Horne Dentistry! Dr. Doyle always goes above and beyond when it comes to my kids. Every person in the office is extremely warm, friendly and a delight to be around. Every aspect of the practice has been wonderful, from the gentleness of their cleanings, communication and making payments. My children actually get excited to go to the dentist and were arguing over who would go first. They are by far the best practice I have ever been to and excede my expectations.

As a new resident of Austin, we selected a dental practice close to our home in Oak Hills. During a routine extraction, one of her molars broke and she was deeply traumatized as she did not seem to be numb enough. Soon after we relocated to Circle C and I requested a second opinion from Matthew Horne's practice. Dr. Doyle is a lovely and compassionate dentist who recognized immediately my own anxiety being at the dentist. I told her how traumatic the botched extraction was for my daughter and myself and she reassured me the remaining portion of the tooth could be removed easily. On top of that the estimate for the procedure was half of what I was quoted at the other practice. Thank you, and your entire team for the kindness and professionalism. It is much appreciated. Hilary
