We are working toward becoming a "paperless office" as well as an internet based company. We offer our clients the convenience of dealing with us strictly online. We provide all of our clients with a secure, encrypted web portal to always have all historical tax documents at their fingertips and to provide them with a secure means to transfer information to us or receive information from us.
The owner, Bill Mease, brings a rare level of tax expertise to the table for clients; he has been a practicing accountant for over 25 years, working for government agencies as an auditor, businesses as a staff accountant, an assistant controller and controller. We decided to try Bill's Master Accounting and Tax Service after speaking with more than ten other providers found here on Yelp. Bill offered the most competitive pricing and came off as a "straight-shooter" in his communication. We visited his comfortable office on a Saturday afternoon, two weeks before tax day. He tended to us immediately and wrapped up our filing in less than an hour. Working with Bill was all that we had hoped it would be; he helped us earn credits for which we didn't know we were eligible, and most notably, he advised us on tough decisions that had cost us in the past. Without a doubt, we will be making use of Bill's services again.

I had been looking for an accounting professional that has experience with small businesses since it is a bit overwhelming to get everything up and started and wanted to make sure I did everything correctly. I received many recommendations and Sapphire was the most recommended so I booked an appointment and met with Jonathan. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He explains everything thoroughly and makes sure all your questions get answered. I would highly recommend!

Bill is fantastic. He cares about his clients and will do whatever accounting work they need done. His fees are reasonable and very fair. The most important issue is the quality of his work. I have 3 Master's Degrees including one in Managerial Accounting & Finance from UCLA. Earlier in my career I taught Managerial Accounting at MCC. I developed a debilitating disease and am now disabled, however I still can determine an outstanding accountant. Bill is clearly extremely skilled and I feel sincerely fortunate that he does my accounting work. If you were lucky enough to have found him, you can rest easy selecting him to do your accounting work.

Bill was recommended to me by a friend who has worked with him for many years. He has been my accountant for the past three years and has helped me get refunds with my Individual taxes and Company taxes every year.
