I rented an apartment without seeing it and the carpet in it was nasty! I hated the place until Jessica and John came to shampoo the carpets and make them look so much better! The odor is gone, most of the stains are too. I am very happy with Mass Carpet Cleanup's service!!! I paid more than I had planned to, but the carpets were too dirty just for steam clean, so I followed the cleaners suggestion to shampoo and not to steam clean. I like my place now!

i was looking for a small localy owned carpet cleaning company, after a couple bigger companies wanted way to much to clean A house me amd my family were moving into. when i called Mass carpet, i got a flat price, for a completely organic cleaning.

I was shocked at what i got, not only did they remove stains that were older than my kids, he got the cat smell out of the basement too. All in all i would highley recommend.
