  Came in, great welcomed response especially from the shop dog. Felt comfortable with my inexperience asking questions about my bike, maintenance, equipment, and insight of riding. Very friendly and knowledgeable, patient, and outgoing, even while working on bikes.

  I was looking for a bike to replace my Specialized Tricross. I was set on getting a 2018 Diverge and began shopping. After having a less than happy experience at my local dealer I started looking for a dealer in the USA along the route I would be taking on vacation. When I called Marty’s Cycle I was treated exceptionally well. I felt valued as a customer. “Fish” asked all the right questions and even recommended a place to buy a through axle for towing the trailer I have. It’s a detail I had no idea about.
  I would highly recommend this shop. They know their stuff and take good care of their customers. Thanks you guys :-)

  Great customer service. My old bike has not been used in a while and wanted it serviced. I called the shop on Wednesday inquiring when they could do it and the cost. He said it I brought it in the next day it would be ready by Monday. Spouse brought it in the following day and while he was looking around the store, 20 mins later came back with the bicycle and said all done, bike in great shape for age. When asked how much we owed him, he said NO CHARGE. Wow. They won our vote when time for a new bike and repairs.

  I've been taking my bikes to Marty's for years and have always been so grateful for their solid assistance with the service and maintenance of my bikes. Ryan Gracey solved an issue on my new bike with a custom repair and I cannot express my appreciation enough for the extra time and effort. Thanks Marty's Cycle!
