  My furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday and Sean was able to come out and assessed the situation the same day. He was able to repair a wire to get my furnace going again. He was professional and courteous and even spent a little time educating me on my old system with no pressure to make any extra sale on services. I enjoyed my service experience with Sean and would recommend his company to anyone's home heating and cooling needs.

  Sean McKinney and crew installed a zoned HVAC system in my home. We have been very pleased with the quality of the work and the system that Maintenance Unlimited installed. The quote was the most competitive that I received. I recommend.

  I am very happy with my new HVAC system. Maintenance Unlimited came out to my house to do a tune up on my old system and with no pressure convinced me that a new one would be more efficient and cost effective. My new system was installed yesterday. I feel like the owner did everything he could to make this transition smooth and worth every penny we spent. The price for the new system was affordable and competitive with other companies. The owner showed me how to maximize use and get the comfortable feeling that I wanted, by just closing some vents and how to program the system correctly. Not all heating and air companies take the time to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Thanks, Maintenance Unlimited!!!
