Main Street Bicycles was started in 2004 with the mission of being one of the greatest full-service bike shops around while supporting the bicycle community in as many ways as possible. Located in historic Old Town Carpentersville, we’re pedal strokes from the Fox River Trail system connecting the entire Fox Valley with other wonderful trail systems in Northern Illinois.

As a full-service shop, we can fit you on the right bike, make sure you have the right gear to be safe and comfortable, and continue to keep your bike at optimal performance with expert repairs and service. A good place to buy/repair your bike ...great location, just on the fox river trail, very helpful owner, and his experienced team. the shop has also nice interior with cool features. Must stop by anytime pedaling thru C-ville.

Great full-service neighborhood bike shop conveniently located right on the Fox River bike trail. Family has purchased multiple bikes here over the years and they've always been serviced and maintained at Main Street Bicycles with excellent customer service.

My family is now fan of Main Street Bicycles. My husband has an old Trek bike with problematic gear shifters and tires that need replacing. When we brought the bike in Main Street Tyler checked out the bike and gave us a quote. ...

Do yourself a favor and go to Main Street for all your bike needs. Tyler is awesome and the guys there will treat you fair and square. We also ended buying a used bike for my son which he is loving to ride. Main Street Bicycles: quality work, fair pricing, and good people.

Main Street Bicycles has excellent customer service! I went in and worked with the owner to find the perfect bike for me. I explained what I wanted and ended up purchasing the first bike that I was shown. They attached all accessories and made sure that everything was perfect before I left the store. I highly recommend purchasing a bike or coming in for service!
