  I called after the North Star Apple Store recommended it. Edward answered and gave me directions, he also checked me in when I arrived. They were super busy (it was about 5:15p) but I only waited a minute or so. I explained the Apple Store diagnosis, he explained the estimated cost and labor ($99 flat not pro-rated). By 5:58, I had a missed call from Mac TLC confirming the repair. I picked up and tested my MacBook Pro the next day. I'm very impressed by the quick turnaround in service and repair. I had my laptop checked in AND diagnosed in the time it takes you to check into the Apple Store!!! Very pleased thus far No data was lost and I was without my laptop less than a day. I only regret not calling them sooner.

  I love this place, this is where I take my Mac ans to this day they have never disappointed. Dylan helped me this time around with something super easy that I was uncertain about and they were fast, professionals and soooo knowledgeable.

  Awesome service and very fast turn around with certifications to work on Mac computers.
  I've had a Mac for only about 10 years and not only like these machines but like bringing them here for any repairs or upgrades.
