  Dustin was so helpful and super responsive and helped me get my computer backed up and set up really fast . I have worked with many mac experts over the years and he was one of the best. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

  I was in a pretty desperate situation in an unfamiliar town trying to extract information from my brother's devices while he lay in a coma. Dustin was SUPER compassionate and responsive. Going above and beyond doesn't really describe the level of service he was able to provide. He was super knowledgeable and was successful in helping me with what I needed. I am forever indebted to him and would recommend him without any reservations to anyone that is in need of technical services!

  Dustin is simply amazing. He's fixed every Mac-related issue I've come to him with, quickly too! Most recently he removed adware from my Air, and in the past helped me with storage issues on my Pro. The list goes on- DUSTIN IS YOUR GUY, I PROMISE!!!

  We've got a remote office in Brentwood (main office is in Chicago). When one of our main iMacs went down, we needed help pretty quickly. Dustin came over the same day and resolved the issue. He took great care of us. We can't say enough good things about MacMD!
