MacMan was started by Jeremy Falk in 1993. But the company’s history spans all the way back to 1984 when Jeremy and his dad found a shared passion in this new-fangled technology called Macintosh. Jeremy received his first Macintosh that year at the age of 11. He was hooked.
He has spent these years immersed in mastering the ins and outs of the Apple universe, so today he can pass his knowledge on to others discovering their love of Apple. His original Macintosh 128K is still tucked away safely. Read more

Really great experience working with Jeremy. I've been having laptop issues with a 2006 MacBook Pro, I'll save you the details. He was able to direct me into getting what parts were needed for a 2009 Macbook Pro, that was handed down to me to get it performing like new. He was patient with my lack of knowledge about the Apple OS and other computer gizmos. Bottom line, expensive, but worth it. Its been a month since the upgrades and my computer is working great. Don't be cheap, and go with the Macman!

Jeremy at MacMan is always responsive and immediately helpful when I have an issue. Seeing him work has proven to me that he is intimately familiar with Apple devices and networking and he has been able to quickly clean up the mess the preceded him. Jeremy is not only a knowledgable dude, he is very easy to work with and accommodating. He will stick with you until the issue is resolved and follow up often to make sure you are pleased with your computer's operation. He has made every one of my products (iMac, MacBook, iPad and iPhone) are running smooth and efficiently... tho should something go wrong he is always accessible to talk me through the repairs.

MACMAN IS THE MAN!! Jeremy is a HUGE LIFESAVER + EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE about all things MAC! I arrived to Jeremy because my computer was overheating and periodically crashing. My heart fell and I was a nervous wreck because my whole life and livelihood is on my computer! My computer was overheating at work and my friend referred me to the MAC GENIUS JEREMY! Within seconds, he knew what was causing my computer to fail. Jeremy was soooooo soooooo freaking nice with SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. He fixed my macbook pro and I haven’t had a problem with my computer ever since. Within a heartbeat and without hesitation, I whole heartily recommend Dr. Jeremy aka MACMAN! If you are tired of going to an overcrowded "Genius Bar" at Apple, just to be welcome with arrogance and awful customer service from a bunch of kids who really do not care, then, my friends, GO TO MACMAN! Seriously, Jeremy is on point, shows compassion, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL and most of importantly display SUPERB // CONCRETE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THINGS MAC! GO TO MACMAN Jeremy!! MACMAN deserves more than 5 stars!!
