  Dr. Burgess office was very welcoming and helpful. I happen to have taken my chance with stopping in the office hours before my appointment, due to my being in the area. And, she was so very kind to see us earlier than expected. The staff was very friendly and warm; and, Dr. Burgess was extremely professional. My teenage son appointment was not even two weeks ago and already there is a dramatic change with his skin. Dr. Burgess was efficient and did not waste time with explaining the cause of his acne and preventative measures to take. I am excited for his next follow up appointment and to see how much better his skin gets within the next two weeks. My son feels much better now that his face is clearing up and already I have noticed his confidence coming back. I had a great feeling that Dr. Burgess would be the best fit for my family. Very efficient and straight to the point! And, the samples she provided us with are working wonders. Thank you!

  I really enjoy my interactions with Dr.Burgess and feel she has an excellent "bedside manner" with patients. She really listens, even chit chats a little to catch up on what's been going on with me since my last visit, which I appreciate. She has a calm, easygoing demeanor and did a nice job with removing some moles a while back in that you can hardly tell where they were. Her prices for cosmetic procedures that are not covered by insurance are reasonable and she always uses topical anesthetic to make the procedures as painless as possible. The office is conveniently located near the Randolph and Wabash L stop and her staff (especially the nurse, Victoria) are very friendly and welcoming. I am always able to get appointments around lunchtime so I can easily walk there from my nearby office. I am very happy to have found Dr. Burgess and friends I have sent to her have also been pleased with her.

  Dr. Burgess is a miracle worker. She's very thorough with every consult and my end results with the botox never disappoints. I also really appreciate her honesty when I asked for more injections and she said no because I'd be wasting my money. The girls who work the front desk are very welcoming and professional. I moved across town but still will continue to make the trip instead of finding a closer derm office due to convenience.

  Dr Burgess is OUTSTANDING and she actually LISTENS. I've had a very difficult to diagnose skin condition in multiple areas for the last 8 months. The first dermatologist kept trying to give me antibiotics which would of made me worse because it ended up being fungal related.
  
  Dr Burgess examined me very close and listened very closely. I did not feel rushed. She was able to see me on short notice. Her staff was helpful and the office was clean and bright.
  
  Dr Burgess and her staff were able to successfully pass through 2 prior authorizations and my insurance can be difficult to deal with. The office was patient and helped me. Thank you Dr Burgess and staff!
