  ... He was on time, communicative, and careful to explain all of my questions and provide pictures of everything. I was very please with the length of the warranty offered, and look forward to working with him and his crew if I do have problems in the future or I buy another property. When they came to do the work they were quick and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up. I didn't realize that they had already finished for a few hours because the area around my house was so clean and they had been so quiet. Highly recommend. Would definitely call again.

  My roof has been leaking for years. Two other companies have come out and made excuses, done patches, and given worthless guarantees. Water was still pouring into my house! Frank from Loonstyn arrived on time, was very polite, took a look at the roof, and showed me pictures of what the issues might be. He gave me three different options at three different price points, and explained what he could guarantee in terms of future leaks based on the choices. I opted for a new roof at a reasonable price that was on two days later. Got comparison pictures from Frank by text. It's poured since then, but there is no more water in my house. I'm a very happy customer!

  The best. (If you happen to read this, thank you guys.) We got a great roof at a great price. Appreciated the workmanship AND good communication. They kept a clean job site, worked safely efficiently, cheerfully, competently. Good roofers are hard to find. This is a family business that gets everything right.   Very responsive to my calls and questions, timely service. They had installed the roof prior to my buying the house and have honored the warranty over the years whenever I called. They have always been thorough in their workmanship, respectful of my home, and accommodating of my time constraints. I definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a new roof or for roofing services.
