Going to Lisa was one of the best things I could have done for myself. I had given up on ever getting back to my goal weight after numerous false starts with various diets. Lisa's combination of a sensible, satisfying, personalized food plan, one on one coaching, and accountability helped me to lose 20 pounds over a period of about nine months. I look better, but more importantly I feel better and have more energy after eliminating most sugar and processed carbs from my diet. I recommend her highly.
