My surgeon said, "time for knee surgery." I consulted Life's Work. They said, "not yet...I think we can help you." and help me they did. In fewer weeks than I expected my pain was gone and surgery was no longer needed. Who knew? Getting older is not easy. I am sure I will be seeing more of them. they have given me preventative practices and if I get off track I know they are there to help me. Thank you Life's Work and Sandy Stryker for being my partner in the aging process.

... Having Sandy refresh the whole shebang — movement, energy, even joie de vivre! — has made all the difference. She inspires such confidence, and I find my own confidence growing in return. Her directions are clear and achievable. I am so privileged to work with Sandy, and to see that even a well-into-the-60's old broad can return to energy and zest for life. I had worked with two other very competent, very kind PT folks and greatly respect their work. But Sandy is in a class all her own. Thank you!

I have been very pleased with the level of care I've received from Aaron Leonard at Life's Work Physical Therapy. I'm ecstatic that my pain is almost completely eliminated and when it does creep back I have the tools to work through it without the need for medication.

I began PT after my back/hip/leg pain of 8+ years had increased in intensity. I was very impressed with how thorough the evaluation was and the explanation of how and why I got to where I was. One of the things I appreciated most was the constant education from Aaron. This approach gave me a greater understanding and a sense of empowerment toward my own healing.

    I couldn't recommend Aaron more!

Life's work Physical Therapy are very much like a "family". You are always greeted with a smile.
PT is necessary and a process. My doctor is Brandon Little. I have learned that in the beginning the tideous and frequent visits in the beginning are crucial. Inflammation of muscles, range of motion, and strength take months to recover. Today strength is My deficit. From injury to now, I have learned a lot about the process. I like that Brandon explains how my shoulder anatomy works. The silly exercises he makes me do for homework- well are the hardest ones, but it has helped me. I am very allergic to latex, so he has ordered non latex bands to accommodate my needs. This to will benefit others. This is a fantastic group of people.

I've been very impressed with Life's Work and Aaron Leonard, DPT. He's sharp, very focused and gave me the tools I need to deal with a chronic arthritic back/neck/shoulder syndrome. Saw Sandy years ago with good results. In the intervening years, my condition worsened: daily headaches, frozen shoulder and arthritic upper back. MD gave me a referral to Life's Work. Aaron employs all the latest techniques, clearly explains the syndrome and what I must do to gain relief. In my case, it's chronic and a work in progress, BUT, I am so much more comfortable after my series of appointments and exercises. Now, the secret is to keep up the routines. My choice: exercises and a more active lifestyle, or pain. Easy choice. Thanks!
