Booked a private party and had such a fun time trying aerial yoga! The studio was really clean and the instructor was nice. Would definitely recommend coming here for a fun experience!

It was my first time doing aerial yoga and I absolutely loved it. Stretching in the air, suspended in my own hammock felt really liberating and was the perfect way to unwind. I definitely struggled through certain poses but the instructor was really patient as she walked me through each one. She even offered to take pictures for my friend and I after the class was over! I can't wait to go back!

I absolutely love what Sam has created. What a beautiful studio, great instruction and extra attention to details. You won't get this kind of dedication in a larger studio so go support a female-owned business, stretch, flex, bend, twist and hang upside down. You won't regret it!

I'm not sure what I did with myself before I was introduced to this place. I was a raging ball of fire on most good days. Stressed and frayed. The hour long sessions here have made me a new person. I've always had a hard time "turning off" and I am completely guilty of neglecting my body.
Maybe one reason is because I've never found something that can take my mind off of the stress at work and also be engaging/fun/interesting enough to keep my attention.
... If you haven't tried this yet you are surely missing out!

Beautiful studio for aerials and yoga. The entire floor of the studio is squishy yoga mat material and the silks are adjustable and attached to bolts in the ceiling. The classes are candle lit with incense and there are twinkle lights on the ceiling. At first I thought it sounded fru fru, but it was amazing. The soft lighting and nice smells created a relaxing environment for a great workout.
