  Allister represented me for a civil case from a car accident I was involved in. He came as a referral and I am happy I chose him to represent me. He made me feel comfortable and did a great job breaking down the process, explaining components of my case, and was always happy to answer any questions. As someone who never gone through a personal injury case from a car accident, I will admit I was probably more demanding than the norm, however he was patient and prompt in responses. I felt like he treated me like family rather than just a client. Two major characteristic traits that he exuded throughout our interactions were compassion and how he had a genuine interest in me/my situation. That spoke volumes to me, I didn't feel like just another client.

  Mr. Allister Liao represented me in a recent case against a major grocery store chain. His expertise and professionalism were a definite factor in winning the case. Allister always keep me informed on every detail and included me in the final decision process. He was just a phone call or email away. I would seek out his assistance again, if needed. It was my pleasure to do business with him and I am very appreciative of his hard work and dedication.

  My husband and I very appreciate how Allister helped us on our case. We were not too optimistic on the case before we met him. We called him on a Saturday afternoon and talked about our car accident case,he is definitely a very professional attorney. He not only gave valuable suggestions to us and also quickly set up an appointment with us on the very next day which was Sunday! After talking with Allister, before he accepted our case, he did a lot of investigation and always gave us updates. About one week later, he represented us on our case. I have never met an attorney like Allister, he always responds to emails and phone calls ASAP, no wasting time, very outstanding attitude. Very importantly, it's not easy,but he helped us win the case! I truely recommand Allister if you need an injury attorney.

  A few months back, Allister went out of his way to help me with a situation. He called me on a Sunday to respond to my question that needed immediate attention. He did not know me, however, he reached out to advise me and guide me in a clear direction. I greatly appreciate his kindness and am grateful to know a lawyer who believes in doing the right thing for people.

  I highly recommend Allister because he is an exceptional attorney: A consummate, polite professional of great integrity, he is a thorough, accurate, complete, and forthcoming attorney who is not only well versed in the law but also quite adept in his ability to explain it. Yet what I most appreciate about him is his empathic listening skills; he listens to me; he understands what I need; and then he always delivers effective legal solutions--which I find reassuring.
