  Ken represented me for personal injuries that I sustained in an automobile collision. Even though my case was relatively small, Ken treated it the same as he would have for a case ten times its value. Not only did he get me twice as much money as I had thought the case was worth, after he settled my case Ken fought for my rights against the lienholders and insurance companies that were trying to take a good portion of the proceeds of the settlement. As a result, I could take home almost all the remaining settlement proceeds, and only had to pay minimal amounts to the lienholders and insurance companies. I am beyond satisfied with his representation. I highly and unequivocally recommend Ken for anybody who has been injured by somebody’s negligence.

  Ken was great!!! He handle in case in a professional matter. He followed up on the status of the case. He answered any questions I had, he's honest and I TRUST him (which is hard to say for a lot of these attorneys)!!! I'm always referring him to others!!!

  After an accident with a semi truck in 2005, I was referred to Ken Fishman. The insurance companies involved tried everything in their power to fight paying my medical bills, which were extensive and expensive due to having to have a spinal cord stimulator implanted into my spine because of the accident. They tried disparaging my character, burying Ken with reams of paperwork and delaying the case to the point where I had almost nothing left. Ken took on considerable financial risk due to the fact that I live outside of Illinois and he had to fly to Kansas multiple times, at his expense, to get depositions from my family, my doctors and myself. A month before trial was supposed to get started, the insurance companies involved finally started offering settlement amounts that were worth considering and we were able to settle out of court. Ken kept me updated and informed every single step of the way, treated myself and my family with respect and gave sound advice about not settling for a small amount at an earlier point in the case. Thanks to Ken's professionalism and persistence, I now have all my medical bills paid and had more than enough left over to pay cash for a 6700 sq. ft. house on 20 acres. Thank you so much, Ken!

  Would I recommend Ken Fishman and his firm to my friends and family? Yes, without reservation. He helped me a great deal to make it through a very trying and demanding time. He walked me through each court hearing and meeting with the various responsible parties. He knew when I needed some "hand holding" and when I needed to hear the truth. I was very lucky when I became a client of Ken - he is worth his fee ten-fold. His integrity, his energy, his willingness to go the extra mile is what made me realize his worth. He treated me not just as a client but also as a friend. However, if you are looking for someone who really will represent you to the fullest extent of the law, you will not be disappointed when you hire Ken Fishman as your lawyer.

  I contacted Ken Fishman, of Fishman & Fishman, Ltd., after being struck by a car while crossing at a crosswalk. He took time to explain to me the responsibilities I had when filing a lawsuit and what he could do to help me win a positive settlement. He was always available to answer my frequent questions and gave detailed answered to help in my understanding of the complicated procedures of such a suit. Ken was able to reach a generous settlement in a timely manner and I have recently recommended him to friends.
