  Best local shop in Ottawa! Great staff who know what they're talking about and are eager to help, not up-sell. Fantastic selection of skis, but also bikes and other sporting equipment. They have numerous demo-days at local hills and run community bike rides in the summer.

  Just bought used ski gear for the kids and Duncan showed great professionalism and friendliness towards the kids while selling us what work best for us, rather than what costs more!

  The experience that I had at Kunstadt was amazing, I never felt pressured into buying a bike which I have found to be the norm with many bike shops. At no point did I ever feel that I was being up sold to a bike that would be unnecessary for my needs. On top of it all, the advice that I was given while looking at bikes was unbiased, honest and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kunstadt for anyone who is in the market for a bike.

  With there being less and less independent businesses around it's so nice to be able to walk into a store and feel like the staff truly cares about your needs and are listening. The quality of the product as well as the staff's product knowledge and customer service are second to none!!! We just outfitted the whole family with amazing new bikes and we couldn't be more excited to get out this weekend and enjoy them!!!!

  Best shop around. The only place I go now. Always helpful. Staff are true enthusiasts and very good at what they do. During peak hours they may get swamped, but that’s the sign of a good business. They have saved me a number of times with last minute waxes and emergency repairs.
