I am not originally from this area and had a loose fixed retainer that needed pretty immediate attention. I did a google search and read some reviews, and landed on Kumra Orthodontics, where I experienced nothing but phenomenal service. The office staff (both over the phone and in person) were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and were able to get me in for an appointment the day after I called (which entailed Dr. Kumra changing his schedule for me). I was informed of payment/insurance specifics before I went in, and the receptionist was awesome in explaining different options for my retainer over the phone, after speaking with Dr. Kumra and calling me back. ...

Dr Kumra and staff are awesome! They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I am always seen right on time and they are very efficient. Dr Kumra is great about explaining treatment options and making sure you feel comfortable!! My teeth are improving rapidly and I'm happy to be able to smile again.

I want to share our incredible experience my son and I had with Dr. Bob Kumra during our visit in Washington D.C.! My son has braces and since his bite corrector came off, he had problems with the little attachements on the teeth coming loose, so it happend again while we are in D.C.! So I called on 7/3 four different Orthodontist which either never called back or did not have an Orthodontist available at this time... ...

I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Kumra (aka Dr. Bob) and I am very pleased. I've had traditional braces before, but after years without my retainers, my bite was misaligned. Office visits are always efficient, and rarely did I have to wait. Typically I am helped right away with one of the assistants or Dr. Bob, who are all polite and sweet. Several staff have joined the practice over the past several months, which is great since a staff is always on hand to help. ...

The day before returning to DC while visiting home for Thanksgiving, my retainer broke; I knew I had to get it fixed soon because my teeth are still moving and it's important that I wear it almost every day. Luckily, I was able to drop it off (that day I left) at the practice where I was treated, but they wouldn't be able to fix it right away so I had to go back to DC without it. ...
