  These guys are first and foremost very good at what they do. Secondly, they are honest and don't overcharge you. Finally, they are very courteous and professional. If I could rank them higher than 5 stars I would.

  I am a first-time home owner in Tower Grove South, and I do not have a ton of experience with home improvement or simply maintenance projects. After doing a lot of research on my lock project I went in to Krause armed with a ton of questions and Tim at Krause took the time to address all of them. I wanted to do it myself and he even took the time to answer a few phone calls after leaving their shop to trouble shoot with me on the project. In a world where I am often struggling to find trusted contractors I feel as though I could not recommend them highly enough.

  I went here to get a key copied for my car and they had to do a lot of work to get it right because my key was bent. They were really nice and helpful even for my $2 transaction.
