After moving to Austin, I had an internship with Linda Asaf, where I was able to design and make a dress for my first bride. After having the rewarding experience of giving a bride her perfect dress, I knew I didn’t want to do anything else.

Kira was absolutely amazing. I'm pretty sure I had to reschedule at least two out of the three appointments I had with her, and she was kind and accommodating every time. She was also very honest and detailed with her answers to me questions, and walked me through every bit of what she was doing to the dress. Kira made each experience special and I always left feeling confident and excited. She's the best!

Kira did such a beautiful job altering my wedding dress. When I first got the dress is was HUGE. She made it fit like a glove, added straps, shortened the train, and added a slit, all the while being very patient with me and putting up with me changing my mind every few days. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kira had her work cut out for her (pun intended) when I came to her needing alterations on my wedding gown. I wore the Hailey Page "Dori" for my wedding, with flats, and I'm only 5' 1". If you're not familiar with the dress, it's a pretty complicated design with multiple layers of different techniques on the skirt (the top layer being the most difficult) & it's blinged out on the top meaning removing & replacing jewels as she went. ...
