Poor customer service. Business owner contacted me by text message late evening, less than 24 hours from a scheduled appointment to let me know she couldn't keep the appointment. Also unwilling to honor previously quoted prices. Significantly increased her prices over a 4 month period. Blames the increase on her increase in insurance expenses. Sounds like a business owner trying to take advantage of a pregnant woman who needs her home cleaned at the last minute. I'll pass.

Karyna and her team worked nothing short of a miracle on my son's apartment! He is a grad student and has zero time to clean up. Great experience with move-out cleaning! I was able to schedule easily, and Karina even came out to view the house to give an accurate estimate of the cleaning cost. Karina does an AMAZING job! We hired her to clean our house before we had family come into town for our wedding and her work is awesome.
