  Prompt, courteous and professional service. They did a great job all around and on some pretty tough stains. Booking on-line was a bonus. Price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Kamil and his team.

  Kamil and team did a fantastic job cleaning two area rugs and our white couch - I would highly recommend! Upon inspecting the dog stains on our rugs, Kamil at first thought he'd need to take the rugs back to the shop in order to give them a thorough clean but they were able to restore our Dash and Albert rugs to look brand new right in our house. After Kamil left (and had charged me for the service), I remembered a coupon I forgot to use, so I called the shop and they immediately credited me back for the coupon value. My experience with K-A was positive from start to finish and I will definitely use them again!

  Had a beautiful oriental rug that was destroyed by our lame attempts to clean dog vomit. I thought it was a helpless situation. K & A reversed the damage and saved the day big time. The price was incredible too! What appeared to be a $4,000.00 loss cost less than $400 to fix. THANK YOU! I don't write many reviews but it would be an injustice to not share how happy I am with this experience as a customer.

  I highly recommend K-A Carpet Cleaning!
  We have used them twice for rugs/upholstery and would not hesitate to call then again.
  Got out a stain on a rug that I was not sure would be possible.
  The work and customer service is excellent!
  Communication around scheduling is great and helpful.
  The concern they show for your home is exemplary and everyone has been so corteous and friendly.
  They are also very honest and accurate about what services you need and you know exactly what the costs will be before you schedule, and if anything else comes up, they have a very clear pricing system.
  Highly Recommend.

  I recently moved to Newbury Street on the hottest day of the summer. While the movers were great, the sweat that was all over my couch and chair wasn't. I tried calling numerous companies for cleaning and nobody would come because of the location. K-A showed up and assessed the situation (me living on the top floor of a brownstone - not very accessible) and even went with me to ask some of the retail neighbors if they had a parking spot in the back alley that we could borrow for them to park and run their hose up to the top floor to be able to clean my furniture. Despite the logistical difficulties, they were able to deep clean everything and be out within an hour.
  
  If you want real professionals, call K-A. Don't even waste your time with anyone else. I'd give them ten stars if I could.
