  Justin was my daughter's first climbing coach. He helped her both physically and mentally. He was great to work with and we could see the difference he made after each session. He was able to adapt his teaching to each person and how they learned best. He always went above and beyond. He is no longer at our gym, but if we ever make it out to Reno, we'll contact him about doing a private session.
