  Can not say enough good things about Steve and his staff at JTRG. Extremely helpful folks that are eager to help or give tips on the spot. Have had several experiences where Steve and staff return, exchange, or fix items purchased there (and elsewhere) with zero hassle. Excellent shop and highly recommended!

  Best bike shop in the area by far. I've purchased two bikes here and would highly recommend to anyone else. Great crew of guys, the customer service can't be beat.

  This is without a doubt the best bike shop in the Roanoke area. They are honest, don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, and are always willing to help. They don't nickle and dime you for every little thing. I'm have a wheel rebuilt with them, so they loaned me another one so I can keep riding until it's done. They get customer service.
