  I've used Jeff's locksmiths a few times and I've always had a good experience. I have needed locks changed at my business a few times from them. I made the mistake recently of calling a cheaper competitor and he spent two days replacing a single lock, he had no idea what he was doing. I called jeff's after the work was done and they came out and re-did everything and the lock worked perfectly after that.

  Got a prompt reply from their web contact form on tips to get my soda vending machine Abloy cylinder T lock opened. Someone tried to pick it and couldn't get my key in. Thank you Robert!
  
  I first rotated the discs with a small flat jewel screwdriver so they aligned. Then after a while of using WD-40 PTFE while inserting my key I was able to finally get my key in and turn it open.

  I called Jeff's to come out and fix a malfunctioning electronic safe lock. I was told to schedule this directly through Robert, who was able to arrive on site the next day. I cannot speak highly enough of Robert's integrity and professionalism. He arrived, showed me his credentials and license (nice to know when you let someone into your house to work on a safe) and immediately went to work. ...

  Extremely courteous, professional, competitively priced, and competent. I chose them over another locksmith who quoted me a higher price for the work. They were on time and did great work quickly. From the person who answered the phone to Teresa who came and fixed the problem, they provided excellent service. I would definitely use them again.
