  Jay provided a home inspection for us on very short notice. He was very thorough and importantly, he was willing and eager to engage with myself and my agent. He answered questions, explained his process well, and was able to provide practical and useful context for how his findings would affect us as homeowners. I would definitely use his services again.

  I was a home buyer and reached out to Jay Marlette to inspect the house we put an offer on. He found several problems with the house that we would have not known about. ... With his report we were able to go back to the owners and negotiate some repair items that they would not have taken care of. If I ever buy another property I would only feel comfortable with the purchase if I have Jay to inspect it first. Five stars for sure!!

  Buying a home is exciting and scary. Buying a home without even a single inspection is terrifying. ... From our silly questions to our more serious questions, he answered them all. Jay was also very quick in writing up the report for us. Seriously he had it done in like a day. It turned out there were only a couple of things that needed to be addressed, but our home was structurally sound.
  
  We now have a peace of mind and can sleep like a baby. Next time we buy a house, Jay's the guy we'll call.
